Specialities restaurant
Discover the specialities that have made Alsace's gourmet reputation. Les Maraîchers restaurant restaurant invites you to savour seasonal dishes, the Chef's specialities and the traditional dishes of the region: choucroute garnie, tartes flambées, braised knuckle of pork, iced kouglof, as well as our self-service appetiser and dessert buffets.
In the dining room (air-conditioned) or on the terrace, it is all about gourmet pleasures and conviviality. Also, at lunchtimes from Monday to Friday, we offer a menu of the day. The restaurant also welcomes groups of up to 58 people.
