You are welcome to discover the rich gastronomic culture of Alsace
Alsace is a region with a very ‘rich’ gastronomic culture and you can discover the essential part of this culture on the menu card and the suggestions' board of our restaurant.The restaurant is made up of two wood paneled rooms which evoke the taverns of old.
The menus produced by our chef mainly relate to traditional Alsatian food.
In times gone by the neighborhood of "les Maraîchers" was the garden of Colmar, producing the vegetables that the population needed. Today our chef is largely inspired by this rich history and hence you will find our buffets are full of greenery for your great pleasure.

The size of our restaurant also allows us to welcome bigger groups and therefore offer competitive prices.
