The Chef Christopher SOMMER and his team serve regional specialities such as choucroute or braised knuckle of ham. Also, make sure that you taste our different tartes flambées; the quintessentially convivial dish, they can be savoured during pre-dinner drinks or chosen for a meal.

Alongside these Alsatian specialities, the Chef also serves seasonal dishes and dishes of the day. The neighbourhood, formerly a centre for the vegetable trade in Colmar, has inspired him for his salad buffets, which are ideal for appetisers and starters.

All can be savoured in the veranda, on the terrace or in the two dining rooms of the warm and welcoming restaurant. Plenty of opportunities for savouring Alsatian tastes all the year round.

Wine list

Your meal is naturally accompanied with a wine from the region. We work closely with a wine maker in Ostheim: the Domaine Froehlich Fernand & Fils. Pinot blanc, gris or noir, Riesling, Muscat, Gewurztraminer, Edelzwicker, Crémant d’Alsace, and more: let yourself be guided by the dining room staff for the pairing of dishes and wines.

Alongside Alsatian wines, the wine list also includes references from Bordeaux, Languedoc, the Rhone Valley, etc.

We offer a large choice of wines by the glass or carafe, as well as a selection of our "favourites".

Group meals and banquets

Invite family, friends and colleagues to our restaurant in Colmar. Les Maraîchers helps you to organise family meals and banquets for up to 58 people.

For business lunches or seminar meals, the quality cuisine in a charming setting and the attentive service will delight your colleagues, customers and staff members.

Whatever your event, whether it is professional or private, Les Maraîchers restaurant offers menus for all tastes at reasonable prices (between €20 and €39 per person) comprising classic, traditional or gourmet dishes.

We also welcome groups, coach operators, etc., for up to a maximum of 58 people. Dedicated parking spaces are available near the establishment.

Fancy an aperitif, an afternoon tea break, or an evening refreshment? Make your way to the bar at Les Maraîchers. In a lounge bar atmosphere, settle yourself comfortably in one of the leather armchairs and take advantage of our large drinks menu.

Les Maraîchers restaurant is open:

  • For lunch: every day, except Saturday, from midday to 1.30 pm (last orders) (open on Saturday lunchtime at the end of November and December)
  • For dinner: every evening, 7 days a week (except 31 December), from 7 pm to 9 pm (last orders)

Ticket Restaurant and Chèques Vacances vouchers accepted.

Bar opening times:

  • The bar is open 24/7
  • Alcoholic drinks served until 1 am (following the legislation in force)
